Alton Village Fitness

Alton Village Fitness has been for 10 years a 24/7 self serve fitness center for those who are comfortable working out independently. Come be part of our small community of friendly, energetic and determined individuals.

For cardiovascular equipment, the gym is outfitted with  LifeFitness  and Cybex treadmills, LifeFitness elliptical cross trainers, Cybex Arc Trainers (full body & lower body), a Stairmaster stairclimber, Row Machine, a Vibration platform, a Precor recumbent bike and a LifeFitness upright bike.

There is also an 11 piece circuit of pin-selectable weight machines for all body parts.  The free weight area consists of dumbbells up to 100 lbs, an olympic bench press, 3 adjustable benches, a smith machine, cable crossover, 2 individual cable columns, a hex squat bar and a preacher curl bench. Kettlebell weights, medicine balls, bosu ball, foam roller and stability balls. Available also is a Lifeline USA Jungle Gym XT suspension training system which is a XRT equivalent.
