Cuisine

The staff makes most items from scratch, including sauces, soups, sausages, bread and desserts. The house made mozzarella is famous for being the freshest in town and is always served when it is less than 24 hours old. Mama Ricotta’s chooses the finest ingredients including Locatelli Romano cheese, San Marzano tomatoes, Pietro Coricelli extra virgin olive oil, Latini and De Cecco pastas and Salumeria Biellese prosciutto among many others. Even the Double Zero flour is imported from Italy. Produce comes from local farmers’ markets as part of Scibelli’s ongoing commitment to support and sustain local farmers.

Celebrating an occasion? There is a $3 per person dessert fee for any desserts brought in from the outside, but we’ll be happy to have you select desserts from our menu at no charge!
